Terms of Service

1. What this service is

A2O LITE NEON AI turns two photos you upload into a short AI-generated dance video. You pay once per video. The service is provided as-is, with no guarantee that a particular generation will look a certain way.

2. Photos and consent

You may only upload photos of yourself, or of another adult who has given you permission to use them. You must not upload photos of minors, celebrities, public figures, or anyone who has not consented. You are responsible for the photos you upload and for any claim arising from them. Both people shown must be 18 or older.

3. Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake. One video costs $6.99 USD, charged once at checkout. There is no subscription. If a technical failure prevents your video from rendering, you may retry at no extra cost. Because generation begins immediately, completed renders are non-refundable. Safety-rejected submissions may be charged.

4. AI-generated output

Videos are synthetic and may contain visual artifacts. Do not present them as real footage. You are responsible for how you publish and label them on any platform.

5. Prohibited use

You must not generate, upload or distribute any of the following:

• Sexual or NSFW content, including nudity and sexualized depictions of any person.
• Violent, gory or graphic content, or content that encourages self-harm.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that dehumanizes a protected group.
• Any content that sexualizes, endangers or exploits minors.
• Deepfakes or impersonation of real people without their consent, including celebrities, public figures and private individuals.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.

We may refuse, remove or block any generation that breaks these rules, and we may refuse service at our discretion.

6. Reporting and moderation

To report content or a generation that breaks these terms, email hello@a2oliteneon.dance with the job link or the URL of the published video. We review reports within three business days.

When we receive a report or detect a violation, we check the upload, the prompt and the rendered video against the rules above. If a violation is confirmed, we delete the stored photo and video, block further generations on that job, and may suspend access for repeat or serious violations. We may also report unlawful content to the relevant authorities.

7. Trademarks and music

This is an independent, unofficial tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by A2O LITE, A2O Entertainment or Lee Soo-man. We do not use the official video, artwork or choreography footage, and we do not distribute the NEON recording; videos ship silent so you can add the trend sound in the app where you post.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A2O LITE NEON AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected video.
